Lifebushido Review: Part-Time Job Opportunity

I’m excited to do a review about Lifebushido. I want you to know that I’ve never worked for them, but I did tell a friend about their service and they did have a great experience with Lifebushido.

Just so you know, I don’t get paid to promote LB. I just want to help people out there who want to find extra income from home. Please read my Lifebushido review if you’re interested in this global work at home part-time opportunity.

  • The will let you know in a series of emails you get when you apply.

My Take

Like I said earlier, I did place an application to Lifebushido, but I decided not to go further with the application because I have such a crazy schedule.

If you don’t know, I have a child with special needs and my schedule is very unpredictable.

Why waste their time and my time when I knew I couldn’t commit myself at my full potential. This is why I decided to be my own boss.

I still wanted to do a review on Lifebushido because a lot of people who live outside the U.S. seem to have a more difficult time finding extra income from home.

The good news about LB is that it’s a global company so you’re more than welcome to apply.

Working From Home

Before we get into LB, I would like you to watch this video that Courtney did about Lifebushido. This is her testimonial.

Lifebushido only hires part-time workers so if you’re looking for something full-time, this may not be for you.

Not every work at home opportunity will fit everyone’s needs, but this service does pay and is another option you can look into.

What Is Lifebushido?

I know their name sounds a little unique, but this company is quite unique.

LB has been in business since 2006. The owner of LB is Steve Kantor. He is passionate about hiring people who use their unique talents.

LB hires people part-time to work from home. What’s really great about LB is that they are 100% Virtual. People from all over the globe are using their unique talents in a modern way.

How Do I Apply?

Lifebushido is a little on the unique side with their hiring process. The first step is to send your resume to their email address.

They will get in contact with you. They will give you other instructions on what to do next.

Lifebushido’s Unique Hiring Process

One way to get hired is by going through the triangle route. The triangle will consist of a minimum of 4 no higher than 8 people in each group.

In a triangle, you would have a team leader who will assist you through the hiring process. This process takes 30 days before you find out if you’re hired.

To get through the hiring process, you should have no lower than 3 people in your group. If you’re down to 2 or less people, unfortunately, you would have to restart the hiring process again.

Here is a downer though, you don’t get paid if you don’t get hired by going through the 30-day hiring process.

There is an upper though, you do get paid for going through the hiring process if you do get hired. If you plan on going through their hiring process, I suggest you put your best foot forward.

The Benefits Of Being In A Triangle

  • Finding your unique talents
  • Building a relationship with other team members
  • Showing your ability to work in a team environment
  • Creating a project

By going through a triangle hiring process, you have the support of others.

You also show the importance and the ability to be able to work with others globally.

This can be a big benefactor, especially when the whole team of 4 or 8 creates one hell of a project that impresses Steve.

You can also go through the hiring process individually. You will not have the support that you would have by being in a triangle, but it depends on you.

When I was reading what others said about LB. A lot of people who work for Lifebushido recommends that people take advantage of doing the triangle hiring process.

Most of them said it’s a fun way to get hired and you meet other people from other countries.

What Kinds Of Positions Are Available?

  • Accounting
  • Customer Service
  • Database Entry
  • Graphics
  • Lead Management
  • Listing Marketing
  • Marketing
  • Sales Representative

What Are Newshidos

If you made it through the hiring process, you are now a Newshido.

Newshidos are people who have worked at Lifebushido from 0 to 100 hours.

With LB, you work up your hours. You start off working 5 hours per week until you reached your 100 hours.

Once you’ve reached your 100 hours, you will get interviewed by Steve the founder of LB.

He will interview you to find out what is your unique talent. By then, you should be able to work 25 hours a week.

Being that it is a part-time job, you do get a more flexible schedule.

Lot’s of people said, one of the reason why they like LB is because of the flexible schedule they offer.

The Pros And Cons

Pros

  • Flexible schedule
  • Work From Home
  • Able To Use Your Unique Talents
  • Able To Work With People Globally

Cons

  • Part-time
  • A long hiring process
  • No Health benefits

The main complaint I read were about the hours. I want to stress that this is not a full-time Job.

I looked into this when I was thinking about working for LB. From what I remember reading, when Steve started LB, it was for stay at home parents.

Of course stay at home parents have other abilities besides daily chores. Steve didn’t want to put a high demand on parents who also have other needs besides working.

This is why he hires people on a part-time basis. LB can be a great balance for parents who stay at home with their children and have the ability to work or even build a career with Lifebushido.

Who Is Lifebushido For?

  • Stay At Home Parents
  • Students
  • Anyone looking for part-time work
  • People who want to supplement their income

All In All

I’m really proud to add Lifebushido as a legit way to earn extra income from home.

Everyone will not get hired, but it’s well worth a try if you’re looking for extra income from home.

Lifebushido is a little unique with their hiring process, but I say have fun with it. I’m also excited that LB is a global Company.

If you want to apply, just send your resume to this email address. jobs@lifebushido.com

If working for someone else isn’t your cup of tea, you may want to try what I did and that is, be your own boss.

  1. I’ve been working from home for almost 5 years now and I’ve actually worked with a few companies that aren’t mentioned here, so I wanted to share:

    $99 Social
    Contemporary VA
    Time Etc

I’m actually still with Time and $99 Social. I’ve also gone through the hiring process with Life Bushido and been offered a position but I decided to decline because I felt it was more hours than I was able to commit at the time. I’m happy to answer questions!

    • CeeCee, Thanks so much for placing some opportunities on my site, I really appreciate it. I’m sure people will look up the companies you mentioned as another way to make money from home. I always try to tell people please feel free to put up some opportunities so people can check them out. There is just so much digging a person has to do to find real opportunities and it’s kind of sad. When I was going to apply with Lifebushido, I too felt that it wasn’t a fit for me being that I really needed an extremely flexible schedule. I feel that a lot of people may need that really flexible schedule because some people may have a job outside the home or children with special needs which is sadly growing in our lifetime. Do you have a website where people can check the opportunities you have? If not, I’m really suggestion you should start one. Having a website is a really flexible way that you build at your own pace and a way to get people to know about real opportunities instead of people digging or shifting through all this crazy mess online. Thanks again for your pull, I really wish you the best with many, many Blessings, Evelyn.

  2. Hi, Thanks for posting about this job. Everywhere I researched was very vague about what it is they do working for this company. Since so many people are asking for WAH opportunities, a good starting point is ratracerebellion.com They list legit WAH companies, and have been online since 1999. They will also list scam sites. You can also talk with work from home parents that are working from all the jobs on the board. I have tons of boards like the one above. I was a WAH parent too and loved it! Good luck to everyone.

    • Hey Cassie thanks for adding the link ratracebellion.

I’ve been begging people to place good opportunities on my site and I’ve gotten only a few. I briefly looked through rataracerebellion and the site does look pretty good.

Like you said, I’m sure there will be some scams listed, but that goes with a lot services online. You gave some great advice on what people should do.

I’m going to do a full review on ratracerbellion, I would like to look at this site more thorough, but from what I look through the site looks pretty promising. Thanks Cassie for helping. Good luck to you and I wish you only the best. Cheers, Evelyn.

  3. Hello! So aside from Elisen and LB, do you have any other work from home company reviews? There has to be more than two. Thanks!!

    • Hey Kelly,

You can try Mturk and check this article I wrote. As for jobs online, Lol. It is very difficult to find reputable companies that are hiring. A lot of times you gotta get in very quickly or the job is gone. Sometimes there’s a waiting list that will never get back to you. It’s tough finding good or decent companies to work from home. If I come across anything good I will definitely put it out there. This is why I decided to just make my own way. Because there are just far and few good opportunities out there online. I wish you only the best Kelly with many blessings, Evelyn.

    • Hey Emmy you can also try Pierce Eislen. Finding work from home is going to be tough, but not impossible. You may even want to check out another review I just did. You may find something in these forums. I’ve been there trying to find jobs from home, but it is tough. That’s why I decided to just start my own business. I realized I just needed to hustle and make my own way and that’s what I did. I wish you the best Emmy, Evelyn.

  4. What are the “unique talents” they are looking for? It seems like most of the openings are business related and that was not my major in college. I am in the science field as a dental hygienist. Because of the long hiring process would this be worth my time. I do only want a part time job. Where do you take this “test”. looks like a classroom setting from the picture. Thanks for the info!

    • Hey Cindy,

Unique Talents are talents that you may have. Everyone has different abilities, so Lifebushido calls it unique talents. It doesn’t hurt to try, especially if you’re going to be working from home and the ability to have a flexible schedule. Their hiring process is quite unique, the first step is to email your resume and from there they will give you instructions on what to do next. They only hire part-time so this might be a good one for you. I do wish you the best and hope it does work out for you, Evelyn.

  5. Hi, I may be interested in looking into LB but you didn’t specify about the pay. Is the pay worth it? I understand with the hours being varied it wouldn’t be the same after the 100 hrs are complete but can you give an idea on whether this is worth the time for a second part-time gig?

    Reply
    • Hey Erica, I’m not too sure about this, but I believe the starting pay is $10 dollars an hour. I don’t want you to hold me to this. What you can do is email them and ask them the starting pay. From what I understand, Steve Kantor does determine the pay for his employees. Wish you the best Erica, Evelyn.

  6. Hello Evelyn,

I am a stay at home mom and on disability over 7 years but, I’d like to come off of disability if I can and start earning some money and I was almost suckered into that website. Thank God for people like you because my fiance just got taken for $1,075 because of a scam that was “free” speaking on a Bahamas Vacation. Nevertheless, this happened over 3 days ago and he is still trying to figure out how to get the rest of his money back from them. Please if you have any good sites that are a work from home and with no out of pocket fee please email me and let me know.

PS. If a site is requesting my resume and I haven’t worked in 7 years, what would you recommend I do from there?

    Thanks in advance.

    • Hey Tee, I believe with Lifebushido and Pierce Eislen, you do want a resume, but it’s not the determining factor of you getting hired there. With Pierce Eislen you mainly have to pass the test. With Liebushido they look at your unique talents. This is why I listed these two sites because they are not too demanding about a resume or if you haven’t worked in many years. I would suggest giving both places a shot. You do have to live in the USA for Pierce Eislen. Lifebushido is global. I hope I was helpful and wish you the best. Evelyn. P.S. I will email you if I find other opportunities.

  7. Thank God for this site, I did exactly the same when they asked for me to pay, I opened another window to check review and there you are, very disappointed.

I will update you on some other services, when I do more research on them. Wish you the best, Evelyn.
