My Take

Pierce Eislen was the first temp job I found on the internet. I was very grateful that it wasn’t a scam and my checks I got cleared in my bank account.

I’ve done Pierce Eislen several times to make some extra cash from home. It’s a pretty simple job.

All you have to do is call up rental properties and get the answers that Pierce Eislen requires. There was no selling of any kind.

I got paid around $700 for the six weeks I’ve worked. I thought the pay wasn’t too bad because you don’t have to drive anywhere or have to buy any equipment.

I can’t remember where I found this site as it was a while back, but what I did was researched this company.

The first thing I did was send them my resume via email. When I did that they told me what steps I needed to take to get hired for their next survey.

When Do They Hire?

They usually hired during Spring, Fall, and Summer seasons and the job lasts about 4 to 6 weeks.

  • Jan to Feb
  • May to Jun
  • Sept to Oct

The best time to send your resume is a month before the survey starts.

If you get hired, you will be hired by Select Staffing and get paid by a company called Yardi System, Inc. This company is owned by Pierce Eislen.

What Is The Test In Regards To?

I can’t go into too many details about the test because you have to take it in order to get hired.

This is part of the hiring process that Pierce Eislen requires.

They give you a test because you have to know what you’re doing if you get hired.

I’m not going to sugar coat anything, but there is a lot to learn and you don’t get paid for learning their materials.

In other words, you’re pretty much in training without pay.

On a lighter note, once you learn everything and want to re-apply, you will understand everything and it won’t be as overwhelming.

Once you submit your test answers, they will email you if you passed the test or not.

If you didn’t pass the test, don’t be discouraged because you can always try for the next hiring season.

This is another reason why I like this company, they are very open to hiring people.

Their Quota

You do have to meet a quota of 60 completed surveys in the first week you’re hired.

Thereafter you are required to meet 80 completed surveys until the end of the survey.

Just so you know, as you get closer to the end of the survey, it does get a little difficult to complete the surveys.

This company knows that so when you get to the final week don’t be disappointed if you haven’t completed 80 surveys. Just do the best you can.

The quotas they have are attainable. You do have to put in the hours to get them. The sooner you make your quota the better.

You can also work on the weekends. I find the weekends a little more difficult to complete a survey, but it can be done.

Pay Rate

Pay is a little confusing. You do get paid minimum wage for the area you live in. They also pay you by the surveys.

  • 60 cents completed surveys
  • 40 cents marked wrong
  • 20 cents partially done
  • 10 cents Answering Machines

Hours

The hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM within the survey’s time zone.

For example, if you live on the west coast and it’s 8 am you wouldn’t call the west coast until 9 AM.

You would call on the east coast because their time zone is 3 hours ahead of you.

Home Office Atmosphere

Another great aspect in regards to their atmosphere requirements is about this you can have noise in the background.

You don’t need a quiet space or an office. Actually, they really recommend you have your TV or radio on. If your dog likes to bark well, that’s perfectly fine too.

Repeat The Process

Every season you do have to go through the hiring process. Yes, you do have to retake the test. They do this because they may have made some changes that are so very important and required to complete their surveys.

If you get hired one time the cool part is that, they usually let the people who got hired last season know that they are hiring again.

Pros And Cons

Pros

  • Fairly simple job to do
  • Work from home
  • Extra pay
  • Employers are helpful
  • Not selling anything

Cons

  • You have to meet a quota
  • Semi-Flexible
  • Re-apply

Why Did I Decide Not To Work For Pierce Eislen Anymore?

I rather run my own businesses and not work set hours.

If you read a lot of my articles, you know I have a child with special needs.

The final time I re-applied was a time that my son was just getting out of elementary school and going into junior high.

My son didn’t like the new school that he was required to go to. To make a long story short, my son has a lot of sensory issues and the school was just not for him.

There was a lot of scheduling to do to get him transferred to another school that met his needs.

It took quite a while to get everything sorted out. I decided to find something that I could do whenever I can.

All In All

I believe the pros outweigh the cons of Pierce Eislen. If you get hired at Pierce Eislen, make it fun, and enjoy yourself.

This seasonal surveyor job is a quick and easy way to make extra cash when needed.

Even though you do have to re-apply, once you gain experience, it is a lot easier to get the job done.

Just so you know, I do not get paid to promote Pierce Eislen. I like to promote products and services that are real and for everyone who is looking to work from home.
